Dual occupancy was at the heart of this four month renovation. Separate access means the new upper storey is its own self-contained dwelling – providing living flexibility and space to spare in the short term, and boosting the property’s value when it comes time to sell.
This project saw to the creation of a three bedroom, two bathroom upper storey addition, an impeccable lock up garage, and a fence that wraps around the property.
